Is the skeleton dial real or printed?
Real. The dial is fully open-worked so you can see the actual gear train moving in real time through both the front and the caseback on most models.
Are these affiliated with any luxury brand?
No. The Lorin x R is an independent collection inspired by the bold tonneau design language of high-end motorsport watches. It carries our own branding and is not associated with any other watchmaker.

Is it heavy?
No - the tonneau case uses ultra-light construction. It looks substantial but sits on the wrist like almost nothing. Buyers consistently call it surprisingly lightweight.
Can I swim or shower with it?
Most models are rated up to 5 ATM, which handles rain, splashes, and shallow swimming. We don’t recommend diving or hot showers - steam and pressure can affect any watch at this rating.
